Your EASYMOTION subscription gives you a commercial license to use our video templates while your subscription is active.
With an active subscription, you can download templates and use them to create videos, animations, or projects for personal, business, or client work.
You can make videos for clients using templates. The final videos are covered by your subscription, but if a client wants to edit the template files themselves, they must buy their own EASYMOTION subscription.
Templates can be used in a variety of commercial projects, including:
Social media posts, ads, client videos, online courses, or monetized videos (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo).
TV shows, movies, documentaries, live events, or company presentations.
Use templates anywhere in the world, no credit to EASYMOTION needed.
Videos made during your subscription can be used forever, even if your subscription ends.
You are allowed to:
Use templates to make videos, presentations, commercials, etc., as long as they are part of the final work.
Deliver final videos to clients. However, if the client needs access to the original or modified template files, they must purchase their own EASYMOTION subscription.
Modify templates (e.g., text, colors, animations) and use them in your projects.
You retain perpetual rights to the end products created during your active subscription, meaning you can use them indefinitely. However, once your subscription ends, you won't be able to use previously downloaded templates for new projects.
You don’t need to register projects or clients with us
The following actions are not allowed:
You cannot sell or share templates in any form, whether original or modified.
Templates cannot be added to asset packs for resale.
You cannot share templates (original or modified) with clients or third parties. If clients need access, they must have their own active EASYMOTION subscription.
Templates cannot be shared for public download or reuse.
Do not use templates in offensive or illegal content.
Some templates may include third-party assets (e.g., fonts, music, images). These assets are licensed separately:
Links to these assets are in the user guide. You must check their licenses yourself.
These assets are not covered by your subscription and may need separate licensing.
EASYMOTION is not responsible for changes or removal of third-party assets over time.
Templates remain the property of EASYMOTION. Your license gives you the right to use them but does not transfer ownership.
You can edit templates for your needs, but modified templates are still subject to these terms and cannot be resold.
Attribution is optional but appreciated. If possible, credit EASYMOTION in your video descriptions.
Templates downloaded during your subscription can still be used in completed projects.
To use templates for new projects or download more templates, you must renew your subscription.
If your subscription is terminated for breaking terms, you must stop using templates and delete all copies.
We may update these terms, and new terms will apply to subscriptions started after the update. Updates will be posted on our website.
